You will find some useful background on the ESA Careers programme and two opportunities to post live information. One area is for people within or wishing to gain entry into the Sealing industry to post their CV’s (resume’s) and the other is for ESA members to post positions available within their organisations. For this you will need the ESA member’s password. This can be obtained from Mark Neal.
Any data posted will be held for two months before it is automatically deleted but it can be added back if you wish.
Most of the contacts we hold on our database are not Human Resources based. We do have some contacts but we would like you to forward this information through to your HR department. Maybe we can save you some money on recruitment costs, promote your Graduate Training Programmes or find you the next CEO for your business.
It’s early days for this area of the site and the intention is to promote it within the University circles to attract new talented individuals to our industry. The group of people involved are by no means experts and we would welcome any feedback you have or experience with this sort of development.
