The EPA recently finalised an update of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Reporting Rule for PFAS—its broadest regulation to date on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Discussions and specific projects about hydrogen are still ongoing in the different ESA divisions. A new meeting for the Hydrogen Working Group is planned for November.
