Elastomeric & Polymeric Seals News

The division has continued its collaborative work on developing a robust method for assessing sealing capability at low temperature. A wider range of elastomer types have been prepared and testing has been carried out by various division members. This data is now being added to that obtained earlier in the year.

Technical papers and presentations on this work have already been delivered to the BHR group, and papers, which will now include the extended work, have been been accepted for three other conferences.  A meeting has been held with the group members who are making these presentations to agree content and format
