Website Careers Area Development

The ESA is to develop a new area within the Web site initially called Careers. The aim will be to attract suitably qualified graduates and engineers to the Sealing industry.  Focussing initially on highlighting those members that have Graduate Training programmes, the Careers area will develop to form links with Universities in Europe. A further possible development of this project is the posting of CV’s from individuals looking for work and the free advertising of positions for ESA Member companies.

We will be seeking a volunteer at each Divisional meeting at the AGM. We wish to pull together all the views, comments and concerns from each Division and I will lead the group. I envisage meetings lasting for 1hr every two months, nothing too time consuming. We will circulate an update via the News Letter and concentrate initially on forming an action plan with timescales for all Members to comment on by the end of September.

If you have any thoughts on how we might progress this subject or would like to volunteer to help please call or drop me a line.

Mark Neal,
ESA Secretary General
