Newsletter statistics

Our August newsletter was sent out on Wednesday, August 2nd to 374 recipients. By August 17th, 127 users (34%) opened it, most were from United Kingdom, followed by the USA and Germany. 56 (15%) recipients clicked on at least one of the articles. The open rate and click rates were a little lower than the average for the ESA newsletter, both indicators are above the industrial average. Most read articles were:

  1. AGM 2017 in Barcelona
  2. New Positions within the ESA
  3. Valve Market Report by Resolute Research

Website statistics

Last month (in September) there were 821 unique visitors coming to our website, which was a little less than in previous month (August). Together visitors viewed 2,429 pages, on average 2.96 pages per visit. Visits lasted for 2:28 minutes on average.

LinkedIn statistics

ESA LinkedIn page is continuously getting new followers. We have 602 followers so far, with engagement rate of the posts between 0.95 % and 3.62% in the last 2 months. The most engaging post was the update about new Gasket Handbook, latest publication the ESA has produced in partnership with the FSA.

ESA LinkedIn group currently has 891 members, but still little conversation between them. Read our LinkedIn tips on how to use LinkedIn groups for business and start participating: ask a question or share a solution to a problem. There is one question posted by a group member, still waiting for an experienced answer. LinkedIn Groups are a perfect place to share knowledge.
