US EPA PFAS Regulation
The EPA recently finalised an update of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Reporting Rule for PFAS—its broadest regulation to date on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Discussions and specific projects about hydrogen are still ongoing in the different ESA divisions. A new meeting for the Hydrogen Working Group is planned for November.

New Membership Applications
We have a new application from Steffca in Denmark to become an Associate Member of the ESA. As always, we ask our existing members if they have any objections to them becoming a member.
